Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Stratify patients by level of venous thromboembolism (VTE) risk in the hospital and post-discharge
  2. Demonstrate awareness of current evidence, practice guidelines, and quality measures for optimal VTE prophylaxis in the inpatient and outpatient setting
